Panoply Prom/Formal Mermaid Dress

This size 2 dress has been worn once and still looks brand new. The dress originally had cap sleeves, but quarter sleeves have been added as well as a nude under piece with a zipper to cover the open back area. The dress was hemmed and that material was used to make the sleeves so the whole dress matched. You can remove the nude under piece that was added by undoing the seams if you want an open back.
