This is a golden mustard yellow textured blouse top form Palmer// Harding. It has navy buttons on the sleeves and a peak out navy spot on the shoulder. There is some ruching on the front as well. The back has a cape like detail over the shoulders. From spring summer 2019. There is a side zipper closure.
