maryuh @maryroe979 Hello there, my apologies for your experience I didn’t think that would happen especially after even adding the bubble wrap to ensure the conditions of the item. I had to detach the top to make it fit on the box so it shouldn’t only be two pieces to put back together Thank you for your feedback will work harder.

maryroe979 @maryuh That’s okay! It was definitely in more than 2 pieces but that’s certainly something that could have happened in transport, so not your fault! I was eventually able to figure it out and get it put back together!
