seahawkchic12 @keg90 Hi Kim! Laid flat, the waist measures 14". It is elastic at the waist. I purchased from a Posh Wholesaler who sells as Plus Size. I also purchased Standard size which measures 12" laid flat. Super cute! 😊

seahawkchic12 @pwall2012 Me too!! The funny thing is that the "Plus" is only 2"wider at the waistband (which is elastic) the the OS which fits Small-Large!! 🌺
