PICTURE ART-Black Ink and Oil [rouging]-Handmade-Covered Bridge-14"x16" Framed

Nice picture done, in what appears to be, black ink with oil paint done in a technic called "oil rouging". It depicts a country scene with a wood covered bridge over a stream. I believe the picture itself measures 11"x14". It is framed in a faux wood plastic frame that measures 13" long and 16" wide. It is signed "Flavia '09". I assume this is an amateur artist that has done a very nice job on the picture. It is done on a artist's board without any glass covering.
