This super cute dress has literally never been worn and is in excellent condition. It is a pretty navy blue with a flattering smocking detail around the torso, as well as small ruffles at the neck and cuffs. The dress is short enough to prevent it from looking too conservative but it is still work appropriate when paired with dark tights. It’s an EU size 34/US size 0-2/XS and it runs fairly true to size.
