sasmith4 @drunkonclothes hi! I just measured the dress laying flat, the waist is 14.5” (so 29” total) and armpit to armpit flat is roughly 17.5”. I do not see any flaws. Note that the fabric is textured and has an intentional wrinkled shimmery effect. Let me know if you have other questions!
