It’s really adorable on - the hood is drapey + very comfortable So hard to measure though :/ because it cuts in like a sport tank so only measures like 15 in across At the bottom the largest point it is almost 41 in Without stretching I’d say this fits best a smaller medium to keep the oversized vibe I can discount more on bundles Hope this helps !
