Gorgeous goddess like dress that you can belt or leave as is. Condition- please note this dress needs stain treatment. I’m recovering from pneumonia so I don’t have the energy or time to do it at the moment. Signs of wear on the elastic shoulder area. Serpent belt not included but is in my closet as “Whitting and Davis vintage snake necklace / belt” it’s a rare piece.
