Old Navy pencil skirt

Very cute skirt! Would make a great work skirt. In excellent used condition. No marks, holes or stains that I can see on it. I am thinking the white threads on the waist band was from a tag and can be cut off. Has pretty blue and slight goldish lines on the skirt. Zippered side. 2 pockets on the sides
