Off-shoulder Romper/Shorts Floral Bell Sleeve

Adorable romper!! Never worn. Was an internet purchase and has no name brand. My daughter was planning to wear to a summer wedding and chose something else. It’s so pretty!! Sewn in front pleat, very flattering. I selected whit and red for the color. The flower is a reddish orange. Hard to describe!!
