luvclos @twinklefashion ty. Are the straps adjustable? If not could you measure from the top of the strap to the bottom hem, otherwise could you measure from the armpit to the bottom hem? Thank you so much. I am very interested in the dress I just want to make sure that it’s not too short❤️🙏🏼
