This is such a beautiful piece of history. All of the details is hand embroidered in the trim and the shells. The waist is 15 inches across the front but stretches to 18 inches. The length is approximately 26 inches and the hips are about 21 inches across the front, but there is a little bit of stretch. I think this could be worn by a small or medium person
