Ocean Drive off white with pink paisley dress

Just a simple beachy dress. Lots of cute ruffles and a ruched waist. Adjustable straps. I have it at 34.5" in the photos but it can go a little longer. The waist area with the ruching is 13" across unstretched but can stretch 10" longer. 100% Rayon. Size M but can probably fit Small too.
