O’Neill summer dress

This would fit an xxs best. Waist measurement is 10” but can fit up to 12” comfortable because it’s very stretchy. Length is about 30” from shoulder to bottom hem.I would say this fits A to B cup best. Very cute pattern, wore it a couple times on vacation years ago. Material is rayon so it’s super soft!
