grace4d @janet0103 oh Janet, thank you. This vertigo has been really getting me down. There are so many reaching out that care . I'm overwhelmed with joy and thankfulness. You know i have degenerative disc disease, rh arthritis & osteo arthritis too. Chronic pain from a crumbling body. Pain is a constant issue. This is genetically inherited from both sides of my family I have had endometriosis until menopause. My son was a miracle. At my age & health, the Dr's said I'd never get pregnant much less carry him to term. He was born near Christmas and was full term, but was a bit small. He grew wiggly to, lo. The best kid I've ever known, he's easy going. I have fibro, chronic fatigue, vertigo from the neck, sciatica just to name a few. I take cymbalta for my arthritis and after 45 days of side effects its helping & i can use my hands again & my knees are better. It worked the very first day but the side effects are difficult to overcome but they do go away. Have you tried it? Also, alert! If you drink any sodas, you must take 2000 mgs daily and 1000 mg calcium with vit d and magnesium for each fuzzy drink to make up for the damage sodas to offset the damage to soft tissues & joints and the back, ok? grace4d @wesleymatch TX is nearby, lol. I'm heading to Houston nv in s few wells to consult on neck surgery. Then we may have tbe surgery when school is out because i will need help. For 6 weeks I'm not allowed to lift more than 2b Lbs. Its risky but i have to take the chance. The vertigo is likely be from nerve compression anywhere in the spine. We'll see what happens. I think i have idea what to send you 4 a gift, but you aren't allergic to any metal? Right? Do you like earrings or rings, pendants or bracelets. ? But then I started feeling better just in time for the date night party. Lol. Figures. But my pain is fairly managed even if I'm shrinking still. I can't complain. I tease my son to quit growing when I'm shrinking too. He's nearly yo to my shoulders at 9 yrs. Laughter is so good. I have met so many lovely people here, it's hard to stay down. I'm working on surgery for may after school is out in Houston. Hard decision bc it'll be risky but I need to be proactive on loss of function. Lost some more weight but have some awesome new clothes from good friends. Here on posh. Everyone is so good to me. I made another sale. Yahoo. Got blasted on shares from some dear posh ladies. were u in that group? Never knew that could happen. So I'm happy & good considering... Have no complaints other than nausea. chrystadpistol I have sciatic scolsis. Degentive disc disease. Arthritis. And bone spurs. Ive had two miscarriages and also have woman problems. Glad to know im not the only one. But i feel for you ! Its a struggle ! Have faith and hold on !

grace4d @chrystadpistol Oh I am so sorry that you have this too! I'm having a read bad days with vertigo on top of those things. Bone spur is pressing up against my ear/eye nerve causing vision loss and others. No Dr. wants to deal with that. I'm so sick.. every day. My sciatic does calm down when the vertigo is high which is the only good I've found. The weight loss? Good and bad. How old are you? I will be praying for you and your family. It took prayer for us to finally have a baby in my 40''s (wow huh?) (endometriosis & other issues caused in vitro failure). They would not let us adopt since I am too disabled. It's a problem on going since my teens. When did yours start? You WILL have a baby and like you said, keep my faith up. Just some days....lol..you know how it goes.. Thank u 4 sharing. We could be twins! Except I pray I'm older than you. I had trouble getting pregnant took 20 years. I lost one before that at 18 yrs old, but by 20's, I knew about the health problems but Dr's weren't friendly about helping me. DDD, bone spurs, Arthritis, RH are all connected to each other. Have you been checked for nutritional problems? I found I didn't absorb nutrients at all, including calcium, magnesium and Vit D! This was a surprise but to find out so late - it could have been prevented. But, we are similar and we can help & understand each other. When you get pregnant it will be very important for those nutritional deficiencies to be checked as my son was affected in utero. Also why I lost the one baby likely.. It harmed his growth and he had kidney surgery when he was 10 months old to save his kidney. But that's another story and reminds me that faith is the answer. Thank you.

chrystadpistol I am 29. Lost a baby at 18 and 26. Ive had scolsis.. Diagnosed as a teenager. I just recently in the last few weeks was diagnosed with the rest. Ive had woman problems since i was 23. Unfortunately.. My mother passed away of ovarian / cervical cancer when i was 12. She was 46. She was in her 4th stage when we found out I go to a chiropractor 2-3 days a week. I did pt but that was a joke Ive been dizzy lately but im getting over pneumonia ! As for pain. As soon as it warms up... Im fine. Mostly ! A lot of discomfort with warmer days. Brutal during the winter !! My dad was very abusive after my mom passed.. So he mostly did the damage. I also had to have full reconstructive on my nose a few years ago.. Thanks to him. I was diagnosed with bipolar /manic / depression 2 years ago. Aww. Hes adorable !! He is a miracle baby !!

tamaralite I have a book, The Nutritional Healing handbook, I usually follow all the diet recommendations in there. I also lived in at the health food store picking brain. My doctor is a homeopathic doctor. Oh, and meditation, yoga. It might help to try the yoga meditation. There some amazing things you can do with meditation. Plus a good teacher will raise your conscious awareness of your body. @grace4d

grace4d @tamaralite my story.. hard to put 30 years of disability in this. For the first 16 years no Dr would do something, not even an xray. It was preventable like osteoporosis with right meds.. the degeneration of the spine was too but they did not take Me seriously until after my son was born. By then it was so far gone. Ahh. tamaralite Oh I am so sorry Dee. I work in the medical field and I know its not going to get any better. I know what you mean though, when I first got sick no one believed me either. When I couldnt walk anymore I went to the hospital and the doctors diagnosed me with hysterical paralysis! They sent in a psychologist who told me it was systemic candida and to see a nutritionist/doctor. I did and 4 days later I was able to walk down the aisle for my wedding.

It's been raining more than usual (which we need in the desert) but it's very humid. Mother likes it. I'm not so crazy about it.. I think she may surprise us & live longer than Dr's say. Then he coughed, then he was in pain.. Several ER visits then ICU.. He has pneumonia, fluid around his heart & sepsis to boot from kidney blockage.. we are praying he'll pull thru.. Then her kidney numbers came up 10% which was great but infection spreads quickly & easily when the kidneys aren't working but 17% combined. She's sick & tired all the time. She's ready to go. His mind seems clearer 2! I'm so thankful.. Tho I'm not sure how mobile he'll be after losing 60lbs. He's so weak.. At age 87 I was preparing for goodbye but he might stick around awhile. But God guiding me to the specialist who final figure it all out. 2 surgeries and now 7 months post surgery I'm better than ever! God is so good. My case was not typical but neither is God, right?! My challenge is keeping him eating bc the caregiver cooks different than I do and to prevent falls. He thinks he's 60 and healthy but he's 87 and weak..Thank you, prayers needed.💞 Dee

sylviaharris55 I pray every day that I stay well but my Rhumatoid arthritis is severe and almost hard to keep up. I'm trying though I will not let it keep e down. Everyone here tells me that I do too much when I feeling better, well someone has too it's just my spouse and I and he's not about to take the vacuum out.lol. If it's in your system, it's worst than cancer if you ever get cancer again it will not be curable and it will spread like wildfire. You can google it anyways I had it and it was extremely high this is why I had to have chemo for a yr because i had to have Herceptin which is a type of chemo for one yr to get rid of the her2. So

Please help me pray for her that the test Coe back negative and she does not have to have any chemo even though I feel like she has to have some type of chemo or even just radiation because of the gene our family carries. Her rt breast and arm swell up twice she has had to go to the surgeon to have him take the fluid out because they took the tubes out too soon.

When my twin was diagnosed with leukemia ( he already has schizophrenia and OCD) and my father was dying of COPD, and I have a long list of my own medical issues, I woke up everyday and said out loud, "You gotta believe." My husband is a living miracle... spinal fusion in his neck, 2 brain tumors, lymphoma, and 3 weeks ago was DX with prostate cancer. GOD brought him through all. About 2 months ago the lymphoma was gone, both brain tumors benign, 3 vertebrae fused in his neck. We took CANCER and put it at the foot of the cross for GOD to handle as he has everything else..

sonpaises @grace4d I am actually on Cymbalta coincidentally. It has worked very well for me. I've been on it for a few years but one time I ran out of my RX and didn't take for a few days and ended up in the ER, so I knew then I couldn't be without it. The pain was horrible. That's about it and I have RX for tramadol but I don't take it, too sleepy. Having two businesses I need to be wide awake, lol! 😳
