Does this dress have any stretch at the waist! Does it have a zipper or elastic at waist?

@gagalstyle not a lot of stretch but is an easy size 14 fit or you can snug it up as much as you like. I do think it has a zipper but I just stepped into it and lifted the shoulders up to put on.
