Nordstrom brand 'Casual Studio' Bohemian Blouse XL

GUC. This is a transparent, lightweight blouse in a white blue and black pattern. It has mother of pearl buttons on the front and the sleeves so you can wear it with the sleeves down at 3/4 length or rolled up to short sleeves. There are some loose threads as shown in photos. I think there's plenty of where left in this but it's a delicate item and shows a little bit of wear.
