One outside pocket with zippered flap and another large outside pocket that can hold an approximately 7” x 9” iPad (not included). Also has a slip in pocket with Velcro closure. Main zippered compartment has two slip in pockets and one zippered pocket. Nylon fabric with webbed non-removable but adjustable shoulder strap. About 10” x 9” x 2-1/2”. Very practical! VGUC. Bundle with another item from my closet to save more.
