Outer leg has a design seam on the outside (see zoom in for detail) but leg is smooth on the inside so you get no running or wear. Waist is elastic alongside a drawstring. Elastic is in excellent condition and there is no wear on the drawstring. Has a back zippered pocket. From a smoke-free and pet-free home.
