Hallmarked on the back - this looks like English Staffordshire but the hallmark cannot confirm that. Sadly there are some condition issues on this plate - light crazing with some staining mostly visible on the back plus a very fine stress crack also visible from the back. Still a nice display piece and a fine addition to any Niagara Falls collection.
