New w/tags! Minuet brand dress

This adorable, strapless, pleated dress is Minuet brand and cute as can be! Although the dress has never been worn, I need to disclose there is a small tear in the fabric after getting caught in the zipper during try-on that a few quick stitches could fix. (Pictured)
