New cocktail dress

Brand new, never worn beautiful dress- a gorgeous blue lace up top, with a very subtle pink lace mixed in throughout and into a solid blue pleated skirt. Zips on the side, and also buttons in the back, creating a small keyhole. A unique dress great for weddings, cocktail parties, or dances!
