srboutiquellc @80blueyes Hello! If you look closely in the third picture you can see there is band of elastic at the top of the jumpsuit encased in the fabric. I measured that elastic for the bust since the top blouses out until it gets to the waist. You can also see in the third picture the top blouses over the waist. This is because there is elastic in the waist as well....I measured that too.
