nettzie32 @pattondarlene7 Pit to Pit is 24 inches . Shoulder to hemline is 25 . It does tie at the waist and gather or you can leave it open. It’s a relaxed fit. I can wear small, medium or large because of the way it’s made. I’m a 36 D bust.
