Never worn Black and white polka dot mini dress

Boho beach hut polka dot dress in black and white. Brand new never worn. I ordered this dress in size small. I’m 5’6 and it is toooo short. I would recommend this for someone probably 5’3 or under. It came with no tags on but I will ship in original packaging. Purchased for 45$
