Vintage Neptune Garment Co. 90s US navy windbreaker uniform jacket. Labelled women's 18 Long, but fits a modern size large. Touch tape attached vest liner. Epaulettes. Back waist button & tabs. Internal pockets. YKK zipper. Removable liner is dry clean only. Dated March, 1991. Made in U.S.A. 65% polyester 35% cotton *Condition: Very good pre-owned. Original stitching issue inside the left pocket, I can stitch it if requested. A scratch on the back might be original to the fabric. Smoke-free.
