Navy blue Embroidered off shoulder

Cute navy blue cotton with cream embroidery detail and crochet neckline. I wore it off shoulder but can also be worn on the shoulder. It’s cropped at the waist line. Purchased at a boutique here in Houston Texas. I am not sure of the brand because i removed the tag.
