It’s not brand new, but rarely if ever was used. I bought 10 of them. Some were used. Some weren’t. They all look exactly the same so I can’t tell which ones were used and which ones weren’t. I am keeping most of them. The issue for me is they are bulky in terms of storage. It is a big thick luxurious towel.
