Navy Blue Vest Soft

Nice navy blue soft fabric vest, can either be used as casual or dressy.. purchased used, brand was already cut off when it was purchased. See last picture. Tag reads OS could mean one size, but it fits as a small. Dress shown under the vest and skirt are being sold in my other posts.
