Navy Blue Jewel Halter Top w/ Removable Straps

This top has been worn once. The top is navy blue with jewel top across the top of the shirt. The straps are adjustable and removable. Their is some slight gathering on the sides at the bottom of the top for style (see pics). The size is 18/20.
