@narkey the straps are adjustable so I think it’d be fine in the bust area. I’m 5’3 and had to wear heels with it.

@ukaela I’m not sure of the technical measurements but the picture of it hanging makes it appear smaller than it actually is. The dress itself is pleated making it flow. The tightest part of the dress is the band that goes around your rib area (that’s what makes it an xs)
