Average 9 month old girls are just a under 19 pounds. Because the shirt on this set is smaller, I listed this set in the 6-9 month range. Material: 100% Polyester This was one of those things we got as a gift, but by the time this would have fit my daughter it was Spring, moving into Summer. The top and pants are a heather brown and have a soft fleece inside. The pants have an waistband. The band at the bottom is a slightly different, brownish gray (see pictures). There’s a brown gross grain ribbon across the front of the outer top with a small, tan bow on it. There’s a crochet detail on the sleeves of the shirt. Snaps on back of shirt.
