bloomaces @snakewoodcharm sorry, it's been a busy weekend. so the main thing to know is this isn't a skirt that fits tightly. it has some pleating but the waistband that gives it pouf. it's between 16 and 17 inches flat at the waist. measuring the lining for the others. it's about 24 inches flat mid hip, around 32 inches on the bottom flat. it's curved, not quite a circle skirt, but similar challenges , so a little tricky to measure.
