Such a beautiful skirt for a holiday evening. Shimmery with soft 4 3/4” waist area, bow appliqué around the entire skirt and a wonderful Tulle lining which makes the shape of the skirt stay intact. 15 1/2” at the top of the waist which stays put but the rest of the almost 5” is a little more stretchy. Length is 22” including the waist area and 17” starting at the bottom. You will LOVE the response to this skirt when you’re styling it! My home is all natural/organic, pet and smoke free.
