Hello! I have two questions: Is the color brown or burgundy? The pics looks brown but the description says burgundy. Is the fabric elastic?

@karinaloveme Hi! The photos are slightly warm-toned, the actual color has a subtle burgundy/purple undertone (please see the newly attached photo taken in natural light on an overcast afternoon).
Regarding the fabric, because of the pleats, it has a bit of stretch when you pull the pleats open, but the base fabric itself is not a fully stretchy material. But the waist does have a wide elastic band, so the waistline is quite flexible
