NWT stunning dress - PERFECT for NYE!

This is so gorgeous. Pics don’t do justice. The dress is cream with lining, tulip skirt and sequin criss-cross straps in back. Invisible zipper in back. It’s a juniors Medium so I would be inclined to say it fits more like a women’s small. Measurements are noted in last photo.
