NWT White Forever 21 mini dress w sweetheart neck

Adorable NWT white Forever 21 mini dress with sweetheart neckline reinforced w underwire (in the heart shape- wire on top only). Will likely want to wear a nude slip or spanx underneath it because it isn’t super thick fabric. Not super cheap either considering it’s Forever 21. However, it’s really cute and would be perfect for a white party or tropical vacation!
