@rosygoldpearl armpit to armpit is 18 1/2 inches laying flat so a total of 37. Length is 20 inches. The material on the outer blouse or overlay is also slightly stretchy, the inner blouse is what I measured as that is what you would need to fit.Hope this helps. This is like a camisole with an outer blouse attached. It is very very pretty and was actually purchased to be used in a clothing museum display and not used.
