NWT Vintage Teddy Bear Embroidered Blouse

I believe this is new with tags from 1996! Super cute teddy bear embroidered blouse with a ruffled collar and buttons going down the back. Wrists also have a little ruffle! Crisp white color, some slight discoloration in a place or two, I have not tried to remove, but seem like easy spots to remove. Size 18 months Measurements- About 11.5 inches laying flat straight across chest About 13.5 inches measuring flat top to bottom They just don’t make kids clothes like these anymore ❤️
