I think I know or would say no it doesn’t and true to size but I also see I don’t have all measurements listed but also there isn’t much diff between S & M in terms of measurements - just a little bit. I emailed PM just so they can look in to this for me .. anyway there is about 1” difference in total L between the small & the medium (total length from the top of straps) but also same difference is measured from the neck in terms of total L of the romper itself

shoppespot @tracyrosenbrook : That is your concern right? Wanting to make sure when you wear it that the straps aren’t loose? You also don’t want them too tight cuz will be pulling and will hurt especially since they’re thinner straps. Gosh I’m not sure now because you’re short & small waist... have you ever worn a romper this style or close? If so what size was it/ is it? Not sure if you saw when I asked you that?
