what is waist and hip measurements? Any stretch?

@deckeress waist measures at 17β laying flat but there is an elastic band on both sides that gives you and an extra 2β if needed. Hips are 21β. No stretch in the fabric but these def fit oversized and baggy for a size M. Hope that helps π
