auntchickchick @sharalynbaker Hi! A Twilly is a silk like ribbon that is used to adorn a purse. They can be wrapped around the handles of the purse to protect the handles (like leather handled purses) or they can be used to adorn the purse with a bow. If you look at the top of my closet I have a black Coach bag that has a Twilly attached as a bow. This Twilly is @ 34 inches & is imitation silk (feels just like silk but not the expense of silk). ❤️💜
