@nj100 hello! The XL measures: bust 42, waist 38, length of shorts from waist is 17 inches.
The L measures: bust 40, waist 36, length of shorts from waist is 15. That is with stretching the material to the max. I normally wear a 12 and the L fits me perfectly but the XL is a little big and draping.

@nj100 and the total length from the shoulder to the bottom of the short on the L is 34 inches and the XL is 35.5 inches
