Are you sure the waist measurement is 25.25 inches? That seems awfully small for a size 8. Is there any stretch to the waistband?

@susanbillings58 good catch! The size chart is off I just measured and it’s 15” flat (see photo) so waist of 30”. The waistband is grosgrain ribbon so no stretch
