@bgray516 oh no I'm so sorry! I will contact PM to see what I can do to make it right. I must have accidentally mixed up the labels. Let me find out and get back with you as soon as I have response from PM

@bgray516 @coconutbreath Hi ladies! I have been utterly frustrated with the lack of Customer service from PM. I received the below response today. Please ladies contact PM to complain, I did about the lack of CS and inconvenience to you as buyers as the mistake is on my end. Hopefully if you complain they can issue a refund & return label. If not I will figure out how to refund you myself.

Their response: Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately our records show that the funds have been released to you for these orders as neither of the buyers opened a return case. Once the funds are released to the seller, we are unable to reverse this action for a return or refund.
If the buyers have concerns or questions about their purchase, please have them reach out to us so we can better assist them."

@sunny_shops I actually submitted an order inquiry as well and have yet to hear a reply. I will try again in the morning and let you know what I get back. I'd be fine with shipping the plate to the other posher but I'd like something official from poshmark as either of us could decide not to ship and the other wouldn't be protected.

@coconutbreath I completely understand. I'm hoping with you both contacting customer service they will issue shipping labels so the items can be mailed to the correct party. I emailed them again explaining my frustration over their lack of servic especially since I contacted them immediately once you both notified me you received the wrong items.

@bgray516 Have you reached out to customer service to advise them you received the wrong item to see if they can provide you a new shipping label? If not please do so, I really want to make sure you ladies both receive the correct items asap.
