NWT LOFT Black/White Abstract Print Tie-Waist Dress Size Small. Never been worn. Colors are black and white abstract print. Short sleeves. Adjustable tie belt is same print as rest of dress. Rounded hem. Keyhole with one button (facing inside) at top of neckline on back. This hits around my knee at the longest part of hem and I’m 5’4” for reference. Fully lined. See pic for material.
