NWT Kelly Obi New York Pleated Heart Collared Button Down Love Dress - please read This dress has a Kelly Obi tag sewn in and is new with tags that both say Kelly Obi - is it real? I have no idea. I can’t find one anywhere like it - if anyone knows for sure, please message me :) That said - it is NEW with tags and in new condition - pleated look - super stretchy - I wear a 10 and it fits fine but could stretch a lot more - there is no size anywhere so I will say it will fit anywhere from a 6 very loosely to a 12/14 more fitted - very retro - very fun Please have a look at my other listings.
