NWT Kasper Black Pencil Skirt, Size 2 Petite

This classic pencil skirt is fully lined and has a half inch velvet piping around the waist. It has upper darts for added definition. It also has a 7” kick pleat in the back with a 7.5” invisible zipper with hook and eye. Fabric is 70% rayon and 30% polyester. Skirt is new and was part of a two piece set but can definitely be worn on its own. Measurements are length 21.5” and waistband 26”.
