Size 12 NWT Julia Jordan flutter sleeve multi colored dot print midi dress. Ties at waist with buttons coming up the entire front. A couple loose threads on the buttons and one on the belt but only cosmetic. Never worn as the event it was purchased for was cancelled at the beginning of COVID.
